The collection of certain information for online sales is necessary for the treatment of the orders and their delivery, the creation of invoices and contract of guarantee. The lack of this information means the non validation of the order.

Conforming to the law ‘Informatique et Liberté’, the treatment of this information was the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL). The client has (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978) a right of access, of modification, or rectification or suppression of thie data concerned, which he can exercise with the company. Furthermore, the company guarantees not communicate, for free or for payment, the details of his clients to a third party.
